I really need to read something by Taylor Jenkins Reid, Alice Oseman, and Madeline Miller. I do love Laini Taylor thought – I need to read Strange the Dreamer still, but her Daughter of Smoke and Bone trilogy was great.

I’ve seen Brandon Sanderson on several lists today and I agree — he’s great! I’ve only read the Mistborn series (and actually, not even all of them), BUT I just love Sanderson’s world building. He’s a master. Glad you found him and these other authors to love.

I was introduced to Madeline Miller and Holly Black this year as well, and really enjoyed Circe and the Cruel Prince by both! I can’t wait to experience other works of theirs! ❤

I’m not sure if you just read YA, but if you enjoy adult fantasy Anne Bishop is pretty great particularly her The Other Series. One of my favorites
