Why we chose this book:
June is Pride Month so we are excited to read a book by Riley Redgate! The main character, Laila, is a pansexual, biracial, Ecuadorian, plus-size girl with anxiety. It is a coming-of-age story as Laila “must choose between perfection and sanity.” We hope you’ll join us again to read Final Draft with us starting June 10th!
